By downloading, installing, or using the tinytums app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use tinytums.
tinytums is intended for use by parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers (0–5 years) for the purpose of tracking nutrition and health data. You agree to use tinytums only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
tinytums is a nutrition tracking tool and is not a medical service, medical device, or substitute for professional medical advice. Please review our Medical Disclaimer for complete details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at contact@nutrimate.in.
All content, features, and functionality of tinytums — including the software, design, text, graphics, and innovations — are owned by Nutrimate Wellness Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Three core innovations are covered by a filed patent application.
Nutrimate Wellness Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use tinytums. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or registered email. Continued use of tinytums after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
